Grief

“There are truly not enough words to express how much Wendy has helped change my life. I was greatly struggling with my 3 year old daughter’s sudden passing and looking for someone who could help me deal with my grief and continue on living for my other children. I called and “interviewed” several therapists over the phone feeling extremely nervous and vulnerable. She was the first one who actually took some time to ask me questions, listen to my concerns, and explain to me how she felt she could help me.

After meeting with her only once, I left feeling a renewed sense of hope and confidence in my future. Wendy’s attitude toward life is so positive and realistic. She gives me “homework” and ideas for things that truly make sense and work.

Wendy is compassionate, understanding, honest, and so real. I have referred several friends to her and they have all walked away feeling the same. Personally, I think she is a miracle worker! It’s been 7 years and every once in a while I still come in for a pep talk and leave feeling like a new person who can conquer anything!! I can’t imagine where my life would be today if I had not found her.”
